I earned a Master’s in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavioral Analysis (2014–2017), graduating with distinction and a stellar 3.9 GPA. My education reflects my passion for understanding behavior, solving problems, and making a real impact in the world.

Through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); I worked closely with clients by implementing skill acquisition and behavior modification plans, using evidence-based strategies like antecedent interventions and reinforcement techniques. Providing clients with data collection, graphing, and analysis to guide effective interventions.

Utilizing both clinic and in-home settings. I take a hands-on approach to supervising, training, and mentoring RBTs and BCBAs, ensuring high-quality treatment implementation. His expertise includes data collection, analysis, and program development to create effective, individualized interventions. He conducts assessments like VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland, writes treatment plans, and offers parent consultations to support lasting progress.

As a Clinical Director of an ABA therapy clinic, Julius plays a crucial role in overseeing the quality and effectiveness of services provided to clients. He leads a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and therapists, ensuring they receive the training, supervision, and support needed to implement evidence-based interventions successfully. His responsibilities include designing and monitoring treatment programs, analyzing data to drive progress, and conducting assessments to tailor interventions to each client's needs.
